Enhanced Software Products, Inc. (ESP) welcomes Lakewood Credit Union of Rib Lake, WI, to the ESP Family.

Lakewood Credit Union was founded in 1961 by local business leaders with a mission to serve the Rib Lake community. In 2003, they expanded their service area to include Lincoln, Price, and Taylor Counties. Currently, the credit union serves 1,300 members and retains over $13,500,000 in assets.

Over the past 27 years, we have been fortunate to work alongside many powerful, driven, and truly influential women. They have worked in all areas of ESP, including data processing, software development, management, and customer support, and currently make up 40% of our staff. This fall ESP’s development team has been working with IntelliTect, a local Microsoft training resource, to improve and modernize our development process. As the pace of development requests has increased as well as the complexity of those requests we have identified inefficiencies in our process. Primarily our focus is on the feedback loop when it comes to testing and how we branch the FORZA source code to ensure stability on releases.
